Skincare Treatments For Anti Ageing

HUMAN GROWTH FACTOR INJECTIONS (HGH INJECTIONS)

Sometimes children receive HGH injections to compensate for the shortfall of HGH in their body that affects their growth rate. Like many hormones, HGH levels decrease as you get older. This is a normal part of aging. HGH has become a popular anti-aging supplement and is only available as an injection (other forms of HGH are not proven effective) and can only be administered by a doctor. The cost of a year of HGH injection can be over $ 15,000. The sad thing is that there has been little research on aging and HGH - one study shows that lower HGH level associates to increased longevity compared to people with higher HGH level.

While HGH is no fountain of youth as some claim, there are some benefits of HGH supplements. Of course, any person whose body is not capable of taking HGH will benefit from this skin treatment. HGH also increases muscle mass (but not force). Some people claim to have more energy and feel better about HGH supplements, but no study has been done to eliminate the placebo effect (which is likely to be strong, if a person is paying $ 15,000 per treatment!).

HGH SIDE EFFECTS are diabetes, swelling pressure, hypertension and even heart failure. The inflammation can also occur, causing joint pain and carpal tunnel syndrome. There is also an increased risk of cancer in children using HGH supplements and a possible risk of cancer in adults (although there is no long-term studies have been conducted to confirm or refute the cancer risk of HGH). At present, there is insufficient evidence to recommend as HGH anti-aging supplement. Risks, dangers and costs are too great for anyone to experiment with HGH. If you talk to a doctor who recommended HGH anti-aging, find another doctor (of course, HGH has other valid medical indications that the problems of the pituitary gland in children).

2. CREAMS AND LOTIONS
There are many creams on the market that can help reduce the signs of aging. Moisturizing solutions with humectants and emollients can help protect the skin against moisture loss while drawing moisture from the environment and keeping it close to the skin. This allows the product to help correct fine lines and wrinkles, "says the New Zealand Dermatological Society. Other anti-aging ingredients that can be found in many products include peptides, alpha lipoic acid, Lactobacillus and topical retinoid. However, in the tropical climate, avoid applying oily cream because it could clog pores, even for the elderly. Especially with the retinoid cream which can be detrimental when exposed to sunlight, which causes skin pigmentation.

3. DERMAL FILLERS
Dermal fillers may temporarily reduce the effects of aging. Dermal fillers are injected into the affected areas of skin wrinkles, forcing the wrinkle to become flat with the surrounding skin tissue. Common dermal fillers include collagen, hyaluronic acid and fat. The effects of dermal fillers can last up to six months before needing another injection, according to the Derma Network organization. There are methods in which the skin collagen is cloned and injected as 100% match filler, but the cost of cloning the collagen is expensive because it is the done overseas.

4. BOTOX
Botox is another popular anti-aging treatment that can be injected into fine lines and wrinkles by a dermatologist. Botox is a powerful neuro-toxin produced from the bacteria Clostridium botulinum. When injected into the age-affected areas affected of the skin, Botox goes to work blocking the action of acetylcholine, and essential neurotransmitter for muscle contraction. Without being able to contract, the injected muscle beneath wrinkles on the skin lay flat. This lessens the appearance of wrinkles on the skin. The effects of Botox are only temporary, with new injections needed every three to six months.

5. SURGERY
When other methods have failed, some may use a surgical facelift. A facelift involves removing of excess skin around the neck and face. The remaining skin is then stretched across the muscle tissue, forcing out wrinkles in the skin. The effects of a facelift last longer than other methods, but are also much more expensive and invasive, requiring a longer recovery time.
