Globe WiMAX BM622i default Username Password


Recently Globe Telecom one of the wireless ISP broadband in the Philippines updated their WiMAX CPE modem firmware Huawei model BM622i. The updates is to improve and enhance modem security performance such as the username and password as no longer supports the older user account that is username and password is "user".



The new firmware of BM622i is V100R001PHLC08B025 which means all updated Globe WiMAX Huawei BM622i its username to access the web GUI is still "user" while the password is 0SlO051O. To clarify the password it is "Zero-Captial S-small L-Capital O-Zero-Five-One-Capital O".

what is the default username and password?

what is the new admin??

there is no new admin username password remain as it is when you login the bm622i.

i think there is new password now

how about the 2010 model..

@ Christian Denver Tandug: for BM622i model firmware 2010 the username password is user. check this link on how to get the admin password. hope this will helps you.

Bm622i guide for retrieval of admin password is not applicable anymore

Hi Sir, ano pong ilalagay ko for Huawei BM622i SIP Local Port for VoIP config? And yun password po ba ako maggegenerate? Thanks po. Kasi yun landline namin may dial tone pero no incoming/outgoing calls only busy tone po palagi.

yung SIP addons yan ng Globe Telco sa kanila yung username password at iba pang mga setting sila ang nagbibigay jan, unless kung gumamit ka ng third party SIP server.

First of your you should know if your BM622i is version 2010 or version 2011. I assumed that your Huawei BM622i is version2010 the default username and password is user for the http://192.168.254.1 on the gui whereas the telnet you must me using wimax for user and wimax820 for the password. If you unble to login with this credential I am pretty sure that your are using the version2011.
It may be differ for the web the user is still the same but the password is 0SlO051O, if you wanted to access the admin just search on this blog there a tutorial how to access it. For the telnet the username is Firefly and the password is $P4mb1h1r4N4m4nT0!! if you fail to access for this both credentials then your BM622i is already (bricked) somebody have uploaded something into your device the remedy is reflashed/reprogrammed it but you must have the tools.

Hi, I used my globe landline only once since last year. Dial tone/busy tone/sometimes dead air lang lagi when I try to call. Huawei BM622i modem. When I checked VOIP status, blank SIP ID / Register STtaus and port. Pano ko po kaya ulit magagamit landline.

If you are still a legit/legal subscriber og Globe Telco then I would advice you to call the Globe hotline so that thay can put you back all you VoIP credentials. If already discconnected/uppaid balance the alternative is use callcentric.
